Our founders, Mike and Stephanie Jones and their son Thomas, opened Orkin of Northeast Arkansas in 2019 with a mission to bring dependable, science-backed pest control to the region they call home. As a locally owned and family-operated franchise, it is built on trust, expertise, and a commitment to service. Mike and his General Manager in the Jonesboro branch, Tom Jackson, collectively bring more than 65 years of experience in the pest control industry, over half of this time has been with Orkin—giving the team a strong foundation of knowledge of the industry and professionalism.
Since opening in Jonesboro in 2019, their son, Thomas Jones, has expanded the business opening locations in Wilburn, Mountain View, and Horseshoe Bend, that serve dozens of surrounding communities such as Searcy, Mountain Home, Cherokee Village, Rose Bud, Calico Rock, and Yellville. He brings 10 years of experience with Orkin of his own and a commitment to offering quality and dependable service to our outlying areas.
